Cardio Mix is a fun class for women ages of 12 to 80 years old. This is a basic cardio class which uses every major muscle group. The class may include different types of exercises including cardio circuit, step aerobics, cardio drumming, kickboxing, strength training and flexibility training. All classes are taught so everyone may participate at any fitness level. The class is taught by Joy Moritz, certified Fitness Instructor and certified Specialist in Fitness Nutrition and Jodi Moritz.
